User Management

Introduction

User management enables admins to control user access and on-board and off-board users.

The purpose of User Management is to give an administrator the authorization to see the user details exist in the system. An Admin can add a new user, assign role to the new user and edit the user details.

It contains certain modules like getUsers & addUser to display the user's information and adding new user to the system, respectively.

Search is applicable on User Name & First Name.

Filter by Account Locked lets the admin fetch the list of all users who have the combination of enabled and disabled by selecting All from dropdown list. Enabled, shows the result of only enabled users who can access the application. Selection of Disabled from dropdown list, shows the result of disabled users only for whom access is locked to get into the application.

Account Locked column shows the check boxes against each user. Checked account Locked shows that the individual user has been locked and don’t have access to the application. Unchecked are the users who have the access to the application.
