Change Password

Change Password is a functionality that allows admin/site_admin to change the passwords of existing users in the system, also gives the authority to an User to change self password.

This section will take through the changing of the password of the existing users by the admin/site_admin. The administrator cannot see the user's current password but can change it. To change the password Admin can click on the highlighted icon(s) corresponding to the user.

If the Admin has set the user a password. In this situation, when a user logs into the application using the password provided by the administrator, it will prompt the user to reset the password shortly after the login. To access the application, first reset the password.
